About Me
Hello and Welcome once again to the blog.
In case you were curious, I thought I’d give you a small bio
so that we can be better acquainted. My full name is Olivia Jane Frederick,
though throughout my lifetime I have been known to respond to thousands of
nicknames some including Freds, Freddy, Live, Livie, OJ, OJ Simpson, Ricks,
Ricky, Bolivia, Olive Oil, and so on and so forth until the end of time. I am a
graduate of the University of Waterloo where I studied Rhetoric and
Professional Writing. I am also an Alumna of Sigma Lambda Gamma, my sorority at
the University. I currently work fulltime in the finance industry but still
work on my writing on the side. I am an aspiring writer and plan on releasing
my first Ebook by the end of 2016. As a writer, I love working in the fantasy
genre and dream of one day being able to write a really good mystery. I am also a fan of
LONG sentences probably because, just like when I talk, I have too much to say
and just want to get it all out at once.
I am a huge reader and plan on writing and posting book
reviews on this blog. I read all genres though I do tend to avoid non-fiction as
I prefer the flexibility and vast scope of fiction. I am also a huge TV and
movie buff. I’m not entirely sure whether or not I will review shows and films
for the blog as I don’t necessarily feel like I have the background to adequately
critique them, but never say never. I am a self-described optimist and will
always try to bring positive energy to my posts. I hope you find my blog a fun,
